Strong, complex and dense wine with very well integrated seasoning, wood and long finish. A harmony of aromas: chocolate, light tobacco hints, dark barrel brandy, coffee, black elderberries, black cherries.

By carefully selecting the grapes in the vineyard, gentle fermentation and long maturation in the barrique, we are creating “Das Mammut”, which is unparalleled.

• Aging: 3 – 4 weeks mash life, 24 months in new barrique
• Alcohol: 14.0% vol
• Residual sugar: 1.7 g/l – dry
• Acidity: 5.5 g/l
• Serving temperature: 16°C
