Das Mammut Reserve 2017
Strong, complex and dense wine with very well integrated spices, oak and a long finish. A harmony of flavors: chocolate, light tobacco hints, dark barrel brandy, coffee, black elderberries, black cherries.
Through careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, gentle fermentation and a long maturation period in barriques, we press “The Mammut”, which is second to none.
- Aging: 3 – 4 weeks maceration, 24 months in new barriques
- Alcohol: 14,0 % vol
- Sugar: 1,7 g/l – Dry
- Acid: 5,5 g/l
- Serving temperatur: 16°C
