Distinctly varietal bouquet with sour cherries, a hint of beetroot and noticeably restrained wood notes; dark berries, lots of ripe tannins, full-bodied, hardly any wood in the taste either, cool, good structure.
- Aging: 10 days maceration, 8 to 12 months in 50% new and 50% in used barrique barrels
- Alcohol: 13,5 % vol
- Sugar: 1,9 g/l – Dry
- Acid: 4,5 g/l
