We make every effort to ensure that our products reach you safely. Due to the shipping carton specifications, we can only deliver in boxes of 6 and 12. For each order quantity, we charge transport costs in addition to the prices indicated. For rail express, other shipping methods or larger quantities, please request an offer.

Transportschäden:
Für Schäden und Beeinträchtigungen welche während des Transportes entstehen, garantieren wir Ihnen vollständigen Ersatz unter folgenden Bedingungen:
- The incoming goods must be checked immediately for correctness and completeness.
- A complaint about the goods must be reported within 8 days.
- Any complaints must be confirmed by the transport company.
Zahlung & Zahlungsweisen:
Wir behalten uns vor, bei Neukunden die Bezahlung per Vorauskasse zu verlangen.

The ordered goods are to be paid for immediately after receipt of the invoice without deduction. In the event of default in payment, we charge 12% p.a. Late payment interest. The wines remain our property until all claims and ancillary claims have been paid in full. The place of fulfillment is Krems.
