A bouquet that is distinctly characteristic of the variety, with sour cherries, a hint of red beets, and strikingly subtle oak notes; dark berry flavors, plenty of ripe tannins, dense—even on the palate—with hardly any oak, cool, and good structure.

• Aging: 10 days maceration, 8 to 12 months in 50% new and 50% in used barrique barrels
• Alcohol: 13,0 % vol
• Sugar: 1,5 g/l – Dry
• Acid:: 4,7 g/l
• Serving temperature: 14°C
