Pointed varietal aromas, yellow fruity, spicy, fresh, flint; delicate, clearly expresses the lime-rich conglomerate soil, elegant fruit, many facets. Juicy on the palate (yellow fruit), creamy melting, pressure, multi-layered, great length.
- Vinification: steel tank, about 3 months on the lees
- Alcohol: 13,5 % vol
- Sugar: 2,2 g/l – Dry
- Acid: 4,5 g/l
- Drinking temperature: 10-12°C
