Our Verjus Spritz is a carbonated, sour juice made from unripe, green grapes.
Verjus has been known since ancient times, was widely consumed in the Middle Ages, and is currently experiencing a real revival.
Sulfur-free, vegan, histamine-free

A non-alcoholic aperitif, perfect for refreshing, at parties, or simply on the patio, in the garden, or at a picnic. It also goes wonderfully with snacks and light meals.
